So, when it comes to betting advice on bouts, Santiago is the word. If you remember correctly, I predicted Haye to beat Valuev on points, Alexander to stop Witter and Prescott to spark Khan early on. Khan’s latest childish stunt was in an interview on the Amir Khan fans website. Khan called Froch ”unprofessional” and he claimed Froch’s win over Dirrell was a ”hometown decision”. The Bolton man said, ”He needs to take the sport more professionally. I don’t like fighters who just talk rubbish and trash to their opponents.,” Khan said in an interview at Doghouse Boxing.

Khan also blames John Murray for upsetting him. Khan believes Froch is jealous of the rich and flamboyant lifestyle Khan is lucky enough to live. Speaking the Daily Mail he said, ”You buy a nice car, live in a nice house and have a lot of money. That’s the reason Froch doesn’t like me.”

khan32335244By William Mackay: WBA light welterweight champion Amir Khan isn’t ready to dismiss his next opponent Dmitry Salita (30-0-1, 16 KO’s) as an easy mark, and believes that Salita will give him a tough fight in their December 5th bout. Khan, 22, will be making his first defense of his World Boxing Association light welterweight title, which he won in July with a 12 round unanimous decision over Andriy Kotelnik. It may sound strange but Khan feels that the untested Salita will be an even tougher fight for him than Kotelnik.
