khan43544By Liam Santiago: Amir Khan has stated that he is so upset by the bitterness from Carl Froch and hating fans that he might leave Britain to start a permanent life in America. Khan also blames John Murray for upsetting him. Khan believes Froch is jealous of the rich and flamboyant lifestyle Khan is lucky enough to live. Speaking the Daily Mail he said, ”You buy a nice car, live in a nice house and have a lot of money. That’s the reason Froch doesn’t like me.”

I hate to break this to Khan, but he is not that bad off. He lives a celebrity lifestyle and makes a lot of money. I doubt you would find a single member of the British public that would not mind taking some cheap talk for that kind of lifestyle. The comments Carl Froch made about Khan were regarding his style, claiming the Bolton man was boring. I can’t see why that is so upsetting. Or is this just an excuse for Khan to leave.

Khan went on to say, ”It’s getting tougher and tougher living here now. I love the British public and it would be very hard for me to leave them. But my career comes first and and if I think it’s the right move to make, I’ll follow my career. The difference in LA is that people appreciate what you achieve. In England I don’t really see that. I see a lot of bitterness. It’s a mixture of everything. Random people in the streets, everywhere, whereas in America I haven’t come across any hate.”

John Murray has also offended Khan in recent interviews, claiming he is a ‘joker’. Khan said,
”Murray, even though we’re in totally different weight categories, he’s still saying this and that. At the end of a day I’m a fighter, and in British boxing there’s a lot of jealousy. Froch is a bitter person but I like to keep people happy.”

Khan already shares an apartment block in LA with P Diddy and Snoop Dogg. Celebrities that have visited Khan in LA include Robbie Williams. Maybe Britain is simply too boring for the Bolton man now.
