The idea sounds okay when discussing the Kessler-Froch, because Kessler has already said that he doesn’t mind traveling outside of Denmark to fight Froch in the UK. Kessler is that confident that he’ll spank Froch again like he did two years ago in Denmark.

However, Hearn is kidding himself if he thinks he’s going to get the American Bailey to travel to the UK and fight Brook in front of a huge crowd of Brits. That’s probably not realistic unless Hearn has a lot of green stuff to lure Bailey over. Why would Bailey, the IBF champion, waste his time fighting little known Brook in his own country for chump change?

Believe me, Bailey has better things to do than to go to the UK, and possibly get jobbed out of his title in front of 9000 screaming Brits. That’s all Bailey needs after working so hard all these years in near obscurity. Bailey is better off trying to line up a unification bout against WBA champ Paulie Malignaggi or defending this title in the United States against some of the top contenders.

If Brook wants a title shot, then let him come to America and fight Bailey in his hometown or in Las Vegas. That’s the way things should be.

As for Froch-Kessler, I expect Froch to get beaten even easier than he was last time Kessler whipped him. It’ll be easier this time because Kessler already knows how to beat Froch, and will be able to shift gears quickly to resume spanking him. Kessler will hit the ground running in this fight and dominate Froch.
