By Scott Gilfoid: WBC lightweight champion Antonio DeMarco (28-2-1, 21 KO’s) thinks he’s got the power and the skills to beat undefeated Adrien Broner (24-0, 20 KO’s) next month in their important HBO televised fight at the Boardwalk Hall, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA. DeMarco, 5’10”, thinks he has the power to hand the 23-year-old Broner his first loss of his four-year pro career.
DeMarco said to Fighthype.com “I have the capacity to stop Broner, mentally and physically…If he doesn’t make the weight, then there is no fight.”
