By William Mackay: Top heavyweight contender Tomasz Adamek is currently looking forward to challenging WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko on September 10th at the Wroclaaw stadium in Poland in what would be a mega fight for the two fighters. On paper, Adamek has zero chance of winning that fight unless the 39-year-old Vitali suffers some kind of debilitating age related injury in that fight.

By John F. McKenna (McJack): In a recent interview Lennox Lewis had a lot of good things to say about Vitali Klitschko (44-2, 39 KO’s) Boxing fans pay attention to what Lewis says. He is the first Brit to hold the Heavyweight Title in over 100 years. Lennox feels that David Haye (25-1, 23 KO’s) has a better chance against his July 2 opponent Vladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s) than he would against Vitali. Lewis was quoted as saying “This is definitely the era of the Klitschko’s” but that he feels Vitali is the better of the two.

Barring any kind of injury, Wladimir will be the one facing Haye next, while Vitali will take on Adamek in a fight that will possibly take place in September.

This may not be as big as a fight between one of the Klitschko brothers and WBA heavyweight champion David Haye, but it is a very good paying bout for whichever brother lands the fight.

According to reports, the Adamek-Klitschko fight has the potential of selling out one of the huge soccer stadiums in Poland. Wladimir, 34, has no problems fighting in Poland in front of what will likely be a hostile crowd.

By Michael Lieberman: HBO president of Sports Ross Greenburg passed on one of IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko’s fights not long ago when he and his manager Bernd Boente proposed a fight between Klitschko and undefeated contender Alexander Povetkin. Greenburg made it clear then that he wasn’t interested in showing this fight, but he did leave open the door to show future fights between Klitschko and WBA heavyweight champion David Haye or Polish heavyweight Tomasz Adamek if those fighters were ever to happen.

By William Mackay: I’m glad that IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s) has decided to take on both Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KO’s) and Tomasz Adamek (43-1, 28 KO’s) in his next two fights in 2011 instead of facing WBA heavyweight champion David Haye (25-1, 23 KO’s). Adamek and Chisora will both come to fight and will make it entertaining throughout by attacking Wladimir and looking to make a fight of it. With Haye, all I can see is a bunch of running around the ring with Haye trying to avoid getting hit.
