By Dave Lahr: Boxing fans are going to be in for a shock on December 11th when IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s) gets knocked out by the huge British underdog Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KO’s) at the SAP-Arena, Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Few people see Chisora winning the fight due to his lack of size, power and experience against quality opposition. I’ll be the first to admit that Chisora’s opposition has been a little lacking compared to Wladimir’s. However, Chisora is a lot better than the fighters that he’s been matched against thus far. He’s got the talent to beat anyone in the division.

Chisora’s trainer thinks Dereck’s is more powerful than Wladimir Klitschko
By Dave Lahr: Don Charles, the trainer for unbeaten Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KO’s), thinks Chisora is more powerful than IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s). Speaking to Sky Sports, Charles says “Dereck’s actually a thicker set. We will equalize the disadvantage in height with power. I believe Dereck’s more powerful than Wladimir.” I don’t really agree with Charles, but it doesn’t matter that Chisora doesn’t punch as hard as Wladimir. I do know that Chisora punches plenty hard and if he can land some of his shots, he’ll have an excellent chance of winning.
Wladimir Klitschko has back-up plan in case Chisora is incarcerated
By Jason Kim: IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s) has a back-up plan in case his scheduled December 11th opponent unbeaten Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KO’s) is unable to make the fight due to him being in jail for an assault charge.
Chisora can beat Wladimir Klitschko
By Dave Lahr: British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KO’s) has a lot better chance of beating IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s) than a lot of people think. Chisora, 26, and the 34-year-old Wladimir meet up on December 11th at the SAP-Arena, Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. This is supposed to be a case of Wladimir doing Chisora a big favor by selecting him out of a whole pack of more qualified heavyweights in the division, but I don’t see it like that at all. Wladimir has studied Chisora’s fights, just as I have, and knows that Chisora is better than most of the heavyweight contenders in the division.
Haye says nobody is interested in Wladimir vs. Chisora
By William Mackay: WBA heavyweight champion David Haye (24-1, 22 KO’s) says there won’t be a fight between him and IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s) unless Wladimir comes to the bargaining table willing to give in to Haye’s demands.
Wladimir has to be careful that Chisora doesn’t kiss or bite him
How Chisora can beat Wladimir Klitschko
By Dave Lahr: Okay, so I’ve taken a look a number of Dereck Chisora’s fights and I’ve got to admit that he’s really got his work cut out for him against IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko on December 11th. Unlike Samuel Peter and Shannon Briggs, the 26-year-old Chisora has a lot less physical tools to work with than those two fighters. Chisora doesn’t have the big power that both Briggs and Peter have working for them, and he doesn’t have much in the way of hand speed and height either. Peter wasn’t that tall and fast, but he more than made up for it with his huge power.
The last thing Chisora needs to worry about is having to fight both Klitschko brothers
By Scott Gilfoid: I’ve noticed more than a few fans of Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KO’s) have been belly aching about Chisora having to fight an immediate rematch with IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko should he beat him on December 11th. Apparently, it’s also part of the contract that Chisora would have to fight Wladimir’s older brother WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko after that before Chisora could face someone else outside of the Klitschkos. I don’t see what the worry is, really. Chisora has basically no chance of winning against Wladimir, and thus it’s pointless to even cry about how he “might” have to fight a rematch with Wladimir and might have to face Vitali after that. It just makes me wonder whether these fans of Chisora have actually seen him fight.
Wladimir Klitschko: “I will make you [Chisora] eat your words”
By Matt Stein: IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s) will be looking to shut challenger Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KO’s) when they meet up on December 11th at the SAP-Arena, Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Klitschko has taken issue with the lack of respect that the obscure, inexperienced British fighter has shown him in their press conferences. Chisora, 26, appears to be parroting many of the same words that WBA heavyweight champion David Haye has been saying about Klitschko, calling him “Boring.”
Warren thinks Wladimir-Chisora will be more competitive than Briggs-Klitschko
By Matt Stein: Frank Warren, the promoter for unbeaten British heavyweight champion Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KO’s) believes that his upcoming fight against IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s) will be a more competitive fight than Wladimir’s brother’s recent one-sided 12 round decision win over Shannon Briggs a week ago.
