Boxing Insider Outs Tyson Fury’s “Moles”: It’s All in the Family

Boxing analyst has revealed who the “moles: are that have leaked inside information on WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.

Nelson is saying the moles are none other than Fury’s own family members, who have been spilling inside info on Tyson’s issues in camp as he prepares for his May 18th undisputed championship fight against IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Dad & Bro: The Leaky Faucets

Nelson says it’s Tyson’s dad, John Fury, and brother, Shane, who have been leaking information about the camp.

“Do you want to know who the mole is? His dad and his brother—they are the mole,” Nelson said on talkSPORT Boxing’s YouTube channel

We all have heard about Fury getting knocked around by sparring partners, and dropped twice by the talented cruiserweight Jai Opetaia, who was sent backing after a brief stay in Tyson’s camp.

Of course, there was the mysterious fight-postponing cut that Fury suffered. This cut has delayed the Usyk clash from the originally scheduled date of February 17th to May 18th, giving Tyson more time to train, tune up, and lose more pounds.

Let’s face it: Fury looked flabby and old before the eye injury, but now he’s been given more time to trim off the tonnage to tighten up his middle-aged look and dad’s body.

Paychecks and Praise: The Name of the Game

“I said nothing his dad hasn’t said,” said Nelson. “I’ve said nothing his brother hasn’t said. Okay, I might have sprinkled a bit of seasoning on it, but what I’m saying is it’s on record – his dad was saying the camp’s this, that, and the other. It’s on record his brother’s said there’s too many back-slappers there.”

Well, so there it is. Nelson says that Tyson’s dad, John, and brother Shane are the moles in his training camp, revealing what’s going on with him and whatnot.

None of this matters, though, because even without the inside information being leaked, Fury could be up against it, fighting the technically skilled, athletic, two-division world champion and 2012 Olympic gold medalist Usyk.

This is a REAL fighter, not some guy who lucked out fighting an old Wladimir Klitschko or a non-world-class Deontay Wilder.

“They’ve all got to behave themselves because they want to stay on that payroll [with Fury]. They’re going to tell him what they think to ingratiate themselves around him,” said Nelson about Fury’s team needing to blow smoke up his backside to make sure they keep getting paid.
