By doing so, Haye would be the one that makes Wladimir wait, even though Wladimir is contracted to be the one that is supposed to come out second for the fight.

As you can see, this would be perhaps the final trick for Haye to pull out of his hat to try and upset Wladimir on Saturday night. It’s rather funny, because it was Haye who kept Wladimir waiting 45 minutes for their final press conference in Hamburg, Germany by arriving late. It’s like Haye is saying do as I say not as I do.

In the bigger scheme of things it doesn’t matter whether Haye pulls this trick on Saturday because Wladimir won’t get rattled and won’t want to suddenly tear into Haye and turn the fight into a brawl that will leave Wladimir vulnerable to getting caught by one of Haye’s counter punches.

Wladimir knows that Haye likes to throw shots after getting an opponent that has left himself open after throwing, and he’s not going to risk that in the early going no matter what tactic that Haye tries to do. Wladimir isn’t a novice or one of the older guys that Haye has been padding his record on as of late. Wladimir will stick to what he’s been doing the past seven years with trainer Emanuel Steward by fighting behind his jab.
