Chisora looking powerful and fast in training for Klitschko bout

By Dave Lahr: Unbeaten British heavyweight Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KO’s) is looking very impressive in a recent video while he gets ready for his April 30th bout against IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KO’s) in Mannheim, Germany. If there was any doubt in my mind that Chisora was going to beat Wladimir on 4/30, that doubt was erased after I saw how good Chisora is looking. I’m really impressed with the improvement that he’s made in his speed and power.

Chisora looks much faster and more powerful than he was in the past. Chisora has always been a powerful puncher with excellent head movement, but he’s looking so much better now. I almost feel sorry for Wladimir, because he’s going to be facing a better version of Lamon Brewster on April 30th and he’s not going to be able to hand with him.

Wladimir won’t be able to land his shots because of Chisora’s head movement and he’s not going to be able to stop Chisora once he gets inside on him. The only thing that Wladimir can hope to do is to try and clinch Chisora. That won’t work, however, because Chisora is already saying he’s going to keep punching when Wladimir is grabbing him.

There won’t be any escape for Wladimir no matter what he tries to do. Emanuel Steward, Wladimir’s trainer, better take a good look at Chisora’s training video because his fighter Wladimir is in big trouble come April 30th. We’re about to see a new champion of the world. Chisora is going to bring the IBF/WBO titles back to Britain and David Haye is going to have a good laugh about it.
