It all hings on Vitali blowing away WBC contender Manuel Charr in September and then Vitali not getting elected in October in the Ukrainian parliamentary elections.

The WBC reportedly won’t sanction a fight between Haye and Vitali, and that could be the kiss of death for the fight unless the WBC changes it’s mind.

According to frankmaloney.com, Sulaiman sees Haye as unsuitable for Vitali for the following reasons: Haye isn’t ranked in the top 15 by the WBC, he doesn’t have a boxing license with the British Boxing Board of Control, and it would look bad for Vitali to be fighting him.

Haye says Vitali’s manager Bernd Boente doesn’t want him to fight Haye and is keeping the fight from taking place.
