By Jordan Sargent: There was a time where boxing fans got what they wanted. Fans wanted Ali v Frazier so they got it. The fans wanted Tyson v Spinks and guess what, they got it! So what has changed? In this article I want to question why the two biggest fights in boxing cannot be made. The fights I am talking about is of course P4P kings Floyd Mayweather Jr (41-0-0, KO 25) and Manny Pacquiao (51-3-2, KO 38) , and secondly World Boxing Association heavyweight champ David Haye (24-1-0, KO 22) versus one of the Klitschko brothers.

Will Pacquiao retire after Margarito gives him a beating?
By Manuel Perez: Okay, Manny Pacquiao has picked out his worst nightmare with his choice of Antonio Margarito for his next fight on November 13th, at the Cowboys Stadium, in Arlington, Texas. There’s no backing out now for Pacquiao. He has to fight the Mexican warrior and it’s going to be a sad day for Pacquiao and his loyal, adoring fans. In their recent press tour to promote the fight, Pacquiao has looked timid and scared when facing Margarito eye to eye. This is the first sign that Margarito is going to win this fight.
Pacquiao vs. Margarito: A fight two years too late
By Chris Williams: The Antonio Margarito vs. Manny Pacquiao is Top Rank promoter Bob Arum’s brainchild, a fight that would have been a sensational fight two years ago back in 2008 when Margarito was looking great with wins over Miguel Cotto and Kermit Cintron. But things have changed dramatically since that time. Margarito, 32, was caught with loaded gloves before his fight against Shane Mosley last year in 2009, and subsequently was easily beaten in a 9th round TKO loss to Mosley. Margarito looked like a 2nd tier fighter in that bout, and wasn’t even competitive with the 38-year-old Mosley. Then in Margarito’s next fight against an obscure junior middleweight contender Roberto Garcia, Margarito again looked average, but was able to pick up a win despite getting really hammered by Garcia in that fight.
Mayweather will still easily beat Pacquiao
By Dave Lahr: Overlooked in all this crying over Floyd Mayweather’s viral video is the fact that the man has mad skills, and a crude fighter like Manny Pacquiao is made to order for the man. I don’t care either way about Mayweather’s sideline stuff out of the ring, but in the ring I see him mastering Pacquiao like a teacher will beginning student.
Where’s the forgiveness for Mayweather from Pacquiao’s fans?
By Chris Williams: As I read some of the comments from Manny Pacquiao’s fans on this blog, I noticed that quite a lot of them seem to be coming from people that won’t stop droning on incessantly about Floyd Mayweather’s video that he put out the other day. Look, Mayweather made a mistake; he apologized and explained his situation. It’s time for Pacquiao’s fans to practice some forgiveness. This is the healthy thing to do. Mayweather admitted he was wrong and he apologized. What more does he have to do?
Marquez tells how Margarito can beat Pacquiao
By Chris Williams: WBA/WBO lightweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez is no stranger to Manny Pacquiao, having fought him twice in the past, and many people, this writer included, feel that Marquez should have been given the decision in both of those fights with Pacquiao. Marquez really knows how to beat Pacquiao and seems to have his number.
Margarito has to fight like he was taught by Capetillo if he wants to beat Pacquiao
By Jason Kim: Since Antonio Margarito has been looking like a shell of his former self in the past two fights, he has to get back to the basics and go back to the teaching of his old trainer Javier Capetillo if he wants to beat Manny Pacquiao on November 13th at the Cowboys Stadium, in Arlington, Texas. It’s too bad Bob Arum waited until Margarito was struggling and looking almost shot before putting Margarito in with Pacquiao. However, maybe Margarito can go back to his old form if he trains hard enough, throws a lot of punches and fights aggressively against Pacquiao.
The Mayweather-Pacquiao fight will still happen
By Dave Lahr: As much as some of Manny Pacquiao’s fans seem to be denying the possibility of a bout between him and Floyd Mayweather Jr. now that Floyd is being skewered by the media for his racist-filled video, they’re still going to be fighting at some point in the near future. The reason is simple – money.
Pacquiao says he’s not looking to fight Mayweather
By Chris Williams: Manny Pacquiao (51-3-2, 38 KO’s) all of a sudden says he’s not looking to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. (41-0, 25 KO’s) now. It’s hard to see what has made Pacquiao change his mind about wanting to fight the cash cow of boxing but something seems to have turned Pacquiao off towards wanting to fight Mayweather.
Pacquiao happy that Mayweather is bringing attention to his fight with Margarito
By Dan Ambrose: In Manny Pacquiao’s recent column at Philboxing.com, he pointed out that he was happy that Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been mentioning him because it’s brought more attention to Pacquiao’s upcoming November 13th fight against Antonio Margarito on November 13h. Mayweather recently put together a racist filled video in which he criticized Pacquiao up and down for 10 minutes. The video has gone viral and it’s now all over the internet.
