Image: Will Pacquiao retire after Margarito gives him a beating?By Manuel Perez: Okay, Manny Pacquiao has picked out his worst nightmare with his choice of Antonio Margarito for his next fight on November 13th, at the Cowboys Stadium, in Arlington, Texas. There’s no backing out now for Pacquiao. He has to fight the Mexican warrior and it’s going to be a sad day for Pacquiao and his loyal, adoring fans. In their recent press tour to promote the fight, Pacquiao has looked timid and scared when facing Margarito eye to eye. This is the first sign that Margarito is going to win this fight.

Pacquiao isn’t comfortable meeting Margarito’s eyes.It was a like a school boy facing his master. He’s got the Filipino now. The first battle is already won. Now Margarito will get him the ring and start his one way beating of Pacquiao. I wonder if Pacquiao will retire after the beating that Margarito gives him in this fight? I wish I could say that he won’t, but I think Pacquao is going to take the easy way out and retire after Margarito butchers his face and gives him a whole new look to wear. I can’t wait for this fight to take place. Margarito is going to knock Pacquiao off his high horse and chop him down a peg or two.

This would have happened a long time ago if Pacquiao had just fought Juan Manuel Marquez again, but he doesn’t want to fight, does he? Marquez is off limits for Pacquiao after his two brilliant performances against him in 2004 and 2008. Okay, so we got Margarito being called up to take Marquez’s easy work on the Filipino. It doesn’t matter. Margarito will do the job just fine. Freddie Roach is already predicting knockout.

What else did you expect? He’s going to send Pacquiao out there to his own massacre. Roach has Pacquiao drunk on his successes of the weight drained and old Oscar De La Hoya, an average Ricky Hatton and a well beaten Miguel Cotto after he had been tenderized for 11 rounds by Margarito. Joshua Clottey was also softened up for Pacquiao by Margarito. Roach seems to think that Pacquiao is invincible. That’s good. It makes me happy, because he’s going to send Pacquiao out there trying to mix it up with Margarito.

What will happen then is Margarito’s power will quickly reduce Pacquiao into a fleeing little doe. Pacquiao will attack initially and then immediately go into a full scale retreat as Margarito meets him with both fists flying, and driving Pacquiao into the ropes where Margarito will start to rearrange Pacquiao’s face slowly like a brilliant artist. First we will see the eyes cut, both of them. The blood will drip all around Pacquiao’s face like a Halloween mask.

Next, Margarito will tear up the lips and cut them with his big shots. Then he’s going to have the nose twisted like a witches’ nose. It’s going to be like sideways after Margarito tags him with a right hand. And then depending on how well Pacquiao mouthpiece in, the teeth may start flying around the ring this way and that way. Roach will quickly see that things are getting hand and start babbling instructions. It won’t work.

Those instructions would be perfect if it was a beaten up Cotto, Clottey, average Hatton or an old and weight drained De La Hoya, but this is Margarito were talking about. Roach’s desperate instructions will be useless for Pacquiao, because his opponent is someone that can actually fight and not someone that was already tenderized beforehand. Margarito will then finish Pacquiao off with some nice body shots that send Pacquiao on the canvas rolling all around the ring while clutching his midsection and pounding on the canvas, saying “No.”
