Jake Paul says Mayweather Jr underestimating Logan’s power and size

By Matt Lieberman: Jake Paul says Floyd Mayweather Jr could be making a mistake assuming he will steamroll his brother Logan Paul for their eight-round exhibition match on June 6th.

The cruiserweight Logan, 26, is much younger, bigger, and stronger than the 44-year-old Mayweather. Although Jake isn’t going as far as to say that Logan will win the fight, he does feel that he could give Mayweather a lot of problems with his size and power.

In Mayweather’s workout video released on Monday, he looked older, slower, and not nearly the fighter he’d been four years ago when he fought UFC star Conor McGregor in a boxing match in 2017. The years have not been kind to Mayweather as far as his hand speed and his physical form.

“I think it’s great. I think it brings more eyeballs to the sport of boxing. People forget that boxing is entertainment,” said Jake Paul to The Sun about his popular YouTuber brother Logan facing Mayweather in a boxing match.

“This is entertaining, and I think that Floyd will again severely underestimate my brother, and there’s a size advantage, my brother’s fast and has knockout power.

Mayweather has clearly lost hand speed, he’s aged badly, and his hair looks like it’s thinned, not only on the top of his head but also his beard.

There are rumors that Mayweather had a hair transplant, but it doesn’t look like it’s worked out well for him.

If the rumor is true, it might explain why Mayweather was so angry after Jake snatched his cap off his head during a recent press conference a couple of weeks ago.

Mayweather was livid from this seemingly minor thing. Jake didn’t take Mayweather’s cap off to try and get fans interested in the Logan fight.

I mean, Floyd might as well lose the beard and the hair on top of his head because he doesn’t look good. If this is a transplant, wow, that is terrible. Mayweather’s hair looks like he wandered into the exclusion zone of the nuclear power plant.

You can argue he did it to create interest in a fight between him and Mayweather, which he’s hoping to get later on in the year.

Jake wants it to be a real fight that counts on the records and not an exhibition match. The powerful cruiserweight Jake (3-0, 3 KOs) wants to be the first person to defeat Mayweather to end his 50 fight winning streak.

Jake believes the former four-division world champion ‘Money’ Mayweather (50-0, 27 KOs) could be heading towards trouble when he faces ‘The Maverick’ Logan in the main event of their eight-round exhibition match on June 6th at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. The fight card will be shown on SHOWTIME PPV.

“I’m not saying he’s going to beat Floyd, I’m not going to say he’s going to lose against Floyd, but I do think we’re going to see a good fight,” said Jake Paul.
