Image: Prediction: Fury will to lose to Johnson on SaturdayI don’t know about anyone else but, I think Kevin Johnson (28-2-1, 13 KO’s) will pose a a real threat for unbeaten heavyweight Tyson Fury (19-0, 14 KO’s) on Saturday night at the Belfast arena in Northern Ireland. Although Fury has ran threw all of his opponents to date, he has yet to fight someone at real world level apart from (Derrick Chisora ) which in it’s self was questionable fight, Johnson has a great left hand and seems to have knockout power from what I have seen.

Even though I would not put Johnson at near the top of the heavyweight pile, I would not put Fury there either. Fury does not excite me as a fighter nor do I think he has what it takes to adopt a heavyweight world title. He seems to be prolonging his career by waiting for top fighters to pass there prime and continues to fight fat out of shape fighters who no one has ever heard of.

My prediction for this fight is that Johnson will win by an 8th round KO or at least in the latter rounds of the fight. The only thing Fury has going for him is size, which makes things tougher for opponents having to swing up. Tyson says he wants to fight IBF/IBO/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko early next year. I see this fight going real bad for Fury if he ever gets the chance to fight him that is. Believe me, Wladimir is a in a whole different league to Fury and most other fighters in the heavyweight division.

Prediction for Saturday: Johnson by knockout victory over Fury.
