What next for David Haye?

Image: What next for David Haye?By Alex Prodromou: Before potentially fighting WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko in 2013, what is next for David Haye? He can’t waste his career waiting on his opponents because he is still young for a heavyweight at 31. It’s hard to say this because he is one of my favourite Heavyweight boxers ever. He has a lot of appeal in being very good technically as well as hard hitting.

I personally think Haye should have a tune-up before the Vitali fight. But in order to increase interest in the fight I think he should fight someone who he can beat but also who is a big name, for example, Tomasz Adamek, Odlanier Solis or Manuel Charr. He could even face Robert Helenius, as he has a similar style to Klitschko. However, if that fight was to take place it would have to be in the UK as I doubt Haye would risk getting a dodgy decision in Finland like Dereck Chisora did.

I just think David should keep more active in order to get rid of any ring rust or inconveniences from not boxing in front of thousands on a regular bases. Whatever happens and whoever David chooses to fight, good luck to him because the Vitali fight is the most interesting heavyweight fight out there at this minute.
