Image: Carl Froch vs. Yusaf Mack to be shown on Integrated Sports PPV in U.S on November 17thBy William Mackay: For United States boxing fans wanting a chance to see IBF super middleweight champion Carl Froch (29-2, 21 KO’s) face American light heavyweight contender Yusaf Mack (31-4-2, 17 KO’s) on November 17th, the fight will reportedly be shown by Integrated Sports pay per view in the U.S for $29.95 for the 3 pm ET start of the fight, according to Dan Rafael.

This is kind of nice because there are a number of Froch fans in the U.S, and of course the 32-year-old Mack has fans as well that might want to see him fight.

It’s unclear how many fights will be televised on the Integrated Sports Card for the $29.95, but there’s only two fights on the entire card as of now. It’s Froch-Mack plus light heavyweight Tony Bellew vs. Roberto Feliciano Bolonti. I can’t vouch for that fight being an interesting one but the Froch vs. Mack fight should be interesting for three or four rounds.

Mack is usually good for a lot of fireworks for about that long before fading or getting blasted out. Mack might not win this fight, but he’ll let Froch know that he’s in a fight, which is more than you can say for Froch’s last opponent for IBF super middleweight champion Lucian Bute.

Froch destroyed Bute by a 5th round TKO last May in Nottingham and it looked like Bute didn’t even really put in a strong effort to try and win it. The fight was a full scale round from the 2nd round until Froch finished bludgeoning Bute into submission in the 5th. Mack will at least give a better performance than that. If he’s going to lose, he’s going to out on his shield swinging for the fences.

The Froch-Mack fight will be televised at the Capital FM Arena, in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom. This is Froch’s home town and there’s a crowd of 9000 expected to turn out to see him fight Mack. It’s going to be difficult for Mack to win under those kinds of conditions, but I don’t think he was really ever expected to win this fight. He’s just a stay busy fight for Froch while he waits on his rematch with Bute next year in Montreal, Canada.
