The 23-year-old Fury figures that he already beat Chisora last year, so beating him again shouldn’t be any problem. Fury also doesn’t see the cruiserweight-sized Haye as any problem either.

If the winner of the Haye vs. Chisora fight doesn’t have any appealing options for a big money fight, such as against wither Wladimir Klitschko or his brother Vitali Klitschko, then we could see either Haye or Chisora turning to Fury as a viable option. Fury would bring a fair amount of interest for the Haye-Chisora winner.

Fury hasn’t helped make himself a more popular fighter by still continuing to face 2nd tier heavyweights like 41-year-old Martinez Rogan who Fury defeated by a 5th round TKO past April in a fight that Fury insisted was a big deal for him. Fury saw the fight as his Olympics, because he didn’t take part in the Olympics as an amateur. Fury also wanted to badly capture the Irish heavyweight title.

The Rogan fight was such a mismatch that Fury chose to fight the entire bout using a southpaw stance instead of his usual orthodox stance. Fury had the opportunity to increase his popularity by accepting a fight against David Price. However, Fury turned down the fight and it’s too bad. Fury would be a much more popular fighter by now if he had faced Price and gotten him out of the way.

The Haye vs. Chisora winner will be hoping to get a fight against WBC heavyweight champion Vitali. It’s doubtful that Vitali will agree to face either of them because he seemed to be more and more following the guidance from his manager, who doesn’t seem interested in matching Vitali against either Haye or Chisora.
