Image: Porter stops Patterson in 4, Land defeats El HarrackBy Sam Gregory: In the first of three fights from Grand Casino, Hinckley, Minnesota undefeated Lanard Lane took on undefeated Said El Harrack in a scheduled eight round bout in the welterweight division. Lane came out establishing his jab early in the first round. He showed that he was the aggressor and landed some solid jabs and combinations to the body. About half way through the round Lane landed a big right hand that Dropped El Harrack; he beat the count and was caught with another solid right that dropped him for the second time in this round.

In round 2 Lane picked right up where he left off in the first round throwing combinations and landing the solid right. El Harrack was caught with two more right hands when the referee stepped in and called a halt to the bout. The time was 1:38 seconds of the second round.

Lanard Lane improves his record to 10-0 with 7 KO’s; Said El Harrack suffered his first defeat and fell to 8-1 with 3 KO’s.

In the second fight on ShoBox the New Generation undefeated Shawn Porter took on the undefeated Jamar Patterson in a scheduled eight round bout in the welterweight division.

Round 1 Porter started the aggressor landing a big over hand right followed by him working the body. This is Patterson’s first fight at this weight. Porter landed some good hard shots and had a great first round.

Round 2 Patterson landed a solid right to Porter’s head, Porter countered with a good combination. Patterson worked the inside; Porter ripped a solid combination to the body. It was another great round for Porter.

Round 3 Patterson landed a couple single jabs, Patterson landed 2 and 3 punch combinations. Porter throws and is very accurate with his jab and follows that with solid combinations to the body; Porter has another great round.

Round 4 Porter is clearly in control coming out in this round landing solid jabs followed by combinations to the body. At the half way point Porter lands a left uppercut and a solid right that drops Patterson, after the count its only a matter of seconds until Porter lands the punch that stops Patterson 1:54 of the 4th round and wins by TKO

Porter looked very solid and fast; he improved his undefeated round to 11-0 with 10 KO’s; Patterson suffered his first defeat and fell to 8-1 with 4 KO’s .
