Fury: I’m bringing the heavyweight crown back to England

fury78By Scott Gilfoid: Undefeated heavyweight contender Tyson Fury (20-0, 14 KO’s) sees himself winning one of the world titles and then bringing the strap back to England in the near future.

Fury said on his twitter “I’m taking the crown bringing it back to England to defend it. The 1st since Lenox Lewis.”

The first since Lennox Lewis? Ah, what about David Haye winning the WBA heavyweight strap. Wasn’t be British and didn’t he bring the World Boxing Association strap back to England after he won a controversial 12 round majority decision over then champion Nikolay Valuev. I mean I had Haye losing the fight but I guess that’s besides the point. He did bring the strap back to the UK.

I really don’t have foggiest idea of which strap Fury is talking about bringing back to England. It’s not going to be the WBC title because he’ll never beat the current champion Vitali Klitschko, and now way in this lifetime will the limited Fury beat IBF/IBO/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko. He doesn’t have the skills to do that, so he shouldn’t even be worry about winning his titles.

Team Fury said on their twitter “@Tyson_Fury We are Team Fury and were here to stay get used to it were not going anywhere only to the top.”

It’s nice to have dreams but it’s much better to see things clearly, and I think both Fury and Team Fury are seeing things from a distorted eyepiece. No one has to get used to anything other than Fury being a one of the contenders that aren’t going anywhere. He’ll never beat the likes of Chris Arreola, never! I hate to even think about what Arreola would do to a slapper like Fury. It would be brutal to witness the slaughter that Arreola would bring upon Fury.

I’m sure there’s some obscure strap that Fury can win and then bring back to England so he can strut like a peacock around the cobbled streets.
