Broner v Khan. On the face of it, 2 guys, talented guys who are quick, with good power and accuracy, it would be a great fight.
Forget about the Danny Garcia fight. Khan just got caught cold. If you remember the commentary, for the first 2 rounds it was a mismatch. Khan caught Garcia at will, then, just got caught. It happens.
I’ve watched a wee bit of Broner, yes it seems like he copy’s Floyd but he does it well. Ok the opposition might not be top 5 but it has been good. My real only downside on Broner, well two things. Brashness, and failure to make weight. Twice. I know shouting from the rooftops does get you noticed but have some class with it and you will gain more respect.
Anybody who fights Amir Khan now will think they have a shot. Quite rightly so, cause if you have 2 hands you have a chance. This is where Khan will step up to the plate.
If he didn’t realize before, he will now. He can be caught and KOed but he has the skills to do the same. Khan v Broner would be a great match-up. We would finally see if Broner can make the step or if Khan has just stepped off the ledge
