However, Ward sees Froch as a hypocrite, because of how Froch fouled like mad in his questionable in over Andre Dirrell in the first fight of the Super Six tournament two years ago.

“I’m a regular fighter,” Ward said to the morningstaronline.co.uk. “When I fight inside, things happen. I don’t have a malicious bone in my body. People try to tag me with being a dirty fighter. Just like he’s [Froch] got concerns, we’ve got concerns too. This man is online talking about how he’s going to spear me with his elbow if I come in with my head. If that’s not dirty then I don’t know what is.”

Of course it’s dirty, but then again Froch is the one that body slammed Andre Dirrell in 2009, and got away with it at home. That body slam would have made an Olympic wrestler proud.

It would be a pity if Froch unleashed the dogs of war by staring with the fouling if Ward accidently spears him with his head once or twice. Headbutts happen from time to time, but you can’t lose your head and start body slamming and throwing rabbit punches galore in response. I ‘m praying Froch doesn’t blow a gasket and start going nuts if he’s headbutted or cut by the crown of Ward’s head.

That would be so self-defeating for Froch. The clash of heads itself isn’t what would be a big deal here. It would be Froch’s response to it. If he goes ape-man in the ring after a casual headbutt, the guy could throw everything away and end up losing points or getting disqualified by fouling like a primitive man. This fight is taking place on American soil I hope he knows and referees over here don’t tolerate fighters losing their senses completely and throwing their opponents around the ring like Froch did with Dirrell.

I’ve never seen a dirtier fight display in my entire like than the one I saw from Froch in that fight. Froch made Amir Khan look like a choir boy in comparison. What Khan did was chicken stuff compared to how Froch was fouling Dirrell. He got away with it but the fight was held in Froch’s home city. He won’t get away with it this Saturday, even though technically the fight isn’t a home fight for Ward because he’s from Oakland, California.
