By Scott Gilfoid: Ricky Hatton (45-2, 32 KO’s) was really slathering on the compliments towards his pick for his November 24th comeback at the Manchester Arena, in Manchester, Lancashire, United Kingdom. Hatton, 33, will be fighting the recently knocked out former WBA World welterweight champion Vyacheslav Senchenko (32-1, 21 KO’s) instead someone with a little more clout like Michael Katsidis. Hatton actually sees the 35-year-old Senchenko as a better fighter than Katsidis, as does many of Hatton’s loyal boxing fans.
Hatton said to Sky Sports News “There were certain opponents mentioned, people like Michael Katsidis and people were excited about him coming, but I think this is a better opponent.”
