Why Carl Froch won’t quit the UK

froch49By Michael Payne: Over the last week there has been a lot of speculation that because of the problems with a lack of TV deal in the UK, Carl Froch (24-0, 19 KOs) could quit the UK completely & ply his trade in the USA after his fight with Jermain Taylor (28-2-1, 17 KOs) on April 25th. Carl is understandably angry with the lack of coverage but I cannot see him quitting the UK.

Could Froch Abandon England For the United States?

Froch, 31, doesn’t understand how or why his fight isn’t being shown in England, since he’s coming off one of the most exciting bouts of the year, a 12-round unanimous decision against top rated Jean Pascal in December.
