By Jim Dower: IBF super flyweight champion Jerwin Ancajas (30-1-1, 20 KOs) will be back inside the ring on September 28 to defend his title on a Top Rank Boxing card on ESPN+ in California, according to Dan Rafael. The opponent and the venue still are in the planning stages, but #10 WBO Alejandro Santiago Barrios (16-2-4, 7 KOs) is being mentioned as the potential opponent.

Boxing great Timothy “Desert Storm” Bradley Jr., the former two-division world titleholder and one of the best pound per pound boxers, has agreed to a new multiyear contract extension with ESPN, it was announced today.

Under the agreement, Bradley will continue to serve as boxing analyst for Top Rank on ESPN, alongside Joe Tessitore and Mark Kriegel.
