By Scott Gilfoid: Mick Hennessy, the promoter for unbeaten heavyweight contender Tyson Fury (19-0, 14 KO’s), says that Fury will be fighting IBF/IBO/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko in May or June next year. Hennessy says he’s already spoken to Wladimir’s manager Bernd Boete about this, so it’s pretty much a done deal if Fury can get past Kevin Johnson this Saturday night in their fight in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Hennessy told the Mirror.co.uk “The fight with Wladimir will be a stadium fight and we would be looking to do it in May, June or July. Germany would be the favorite place for it to happen.”
