By William Mackay: It looks like British super middleweight champion George Groves’ injured back is going to be healing up extra fast, as he’s already saying he plans on fighting WBO super middleweight champion Robert Stieglitz (41-2, 23 KO’s) next. Groves, 23, pulled out of his fight scheduled this Friday against challenger Kenny Anderson, saying that he had medical problems that prevented him from taking the fight.

By William Mackay: Dan Rafael is reporting that WBO super middleweight champion Robert Stieglitz’s promoters has won the purse big with #3 WBO George Groves’ promoter with a winning bid of $792, meaning the Groves-Stieglitz fight will now be taking place in the 30-year-old Stieglitz’s adopted country of Germany on April 28th rather than in the UK.

The World Boxing Organization is reportedly ordering a purse bid on March 12th in Hungary for a bout between Groves, #3 WBO, and the current WBO champion Robert Stieglitz.
