By Chris Williams: Jeff Mayweather, the uncle of undefeated boxing great Floyd Mayweather Jr. (41-0, 25 KO’s), is working behind the scenes to try and put together a fight between Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 KO’s), according to news from fighthype.com. This would be the third negotiations attempt between the two fighters, and hopefully threes a charm because the needs to happen. Jeff says he’s working with both sides – Pacquiao and Floyd – and is looking to send off a “letter of intent” to Pacquiao if he can get Floyd on board for the fight.

Pacquiao-Mosley: If Shane beats Manny, Mayweather will be next
By Allen Hmiel: Photo credit Tom Casino/Showtime – Sugar Shane Mosley will redeem himself in a big way on May 7th when he pummels the smaller Manny Pacquiao into submission and regains the prestige he lost in losing to the great Floyd Mayweather. Mosley has had a lot of thinking to do career wise and look deep into his soul to see why he lost so bad to Floyd. Their fight was an embarrassment to Mosley and he realizes now much to late, that he was unprepared for the superior quickness and elusiveness of the better prepared Floyd Mayweather.
Arum explains why Mosley looked so horrible against Mayweather and Mora
By Chris Williams: Photo credit Tom Casino/Showtime – It’s always nice to see a promoter hard at work trying to build up a fight between one of his champions and mismatched challenger. In this case, Arum did his best to explain why 39-year-old Shane Mosley looked so wretched in his loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr. and his gift 12 round draw against Sergio Mora. It wasn’t that Mosley was completely 100% shot, but rather Mosley fought a “stinking fighter” in the case of Mora, Arum says.
Floyd Jr’s Signs of Insecurities: Believe it or Not
By Frank Livingstone: I just find it amusing that after the historic luncheon meeting between Manny Pacquiao and President Obama, Floyd Mayweather Jr posted a photo of him with President Bush and Jerry Jones at the Super Bowl. When the promotional tour for the Pacquiao/Mosley fight started in Beverly Hills, Floyd Jr was on the news again with his twitter research on Pacquiao’s three losses against his unblemished “0” record. Don’t forget that when he announced his comeback fight against Juan Manuel Marquez after a short break in boxing, he decided to make it at the eve of the Pacquiao/Hatton fight.
Mosley’s loss to Mayweather should help Shane beat Pacquiao on 5/7
By Allen Hmiel: Photo credit Tom Casino/Showtime – Shane’s shame will be Manny’s pain. Shane Mosley took a whipping against Floyd Mayweather during their fight a good whipping against a much faster quicker supreme boxer. Mosley had no answer or game plan designed for the stunning quickness and defense of the world’s greatest fighter Floyd Mayweather. Unable to mount an attack against the elusive Mayweather during the fight, Shane had to resort to hanging on to survive the 12 rounds. But in losing to the faster Mayweather it enable Shane Mosley to learn how to win against Manny Pacquiao.
What if Floyd Mayweather Just Fought?
By Rod Bautista: Floyd Mayweather is the most skilled fighter of our generation. His defensive prowess is second to none, and his undefeated record speaks for himself. Unfortunately for Mayweather and for boxing his actions both inside and outside the squared circle have marred his career and put question marks on his legacy.

Floyd Mayweather Jr! The man you love to hate
By Dan Henderson: Pretty boy Floyd is my favourite boxer of all time but I won’t let that cloud my judgment. I want to write a fair argument so I’m not accused of not being biased. I know there is many people who disagree with me because I’ve seen many articles and comments saying he has cherry picked and took easy options and at times I completely agree but tell me a boxer who hasn’t at times taking the so called easy option.
