By Dominic Sauboorah: Super-Heavyweight prospect Anthony Joshua showed just how good he is by outclassing the former silver medallist at the Beijing Olympics Zhieli Zhang in the quarter-finals of the London 2012 Olympics. Joshua looked a lot more comfortable in this fight in comparison to his last fight against Erislandy Savon, dominating with his jab and knocking the Chinese fighter down in the 2nd round with a crispy right hook.

Zhilei Zhang will be a big problem for Anthony Joshua’s Olympic gold medal hopes
By Scott Gilfoid: I really like what I saw of 6’6″ Chinese super heavyweight Zhilei Zhang after watching him completely dismantle Australian Johan Linde in a 2nd round TKO last Wednesday in Olympic competition in London. Zhang, the 2008 Olympic super heavyweight silver medalist, will be facing Britain’s Anthony Joshua this Monday in the quarter finals of the Olympic competition and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the 29-year-old Zhang pulls off a win.

Anthony Joshua needs to improve on his defence and timing if he’s to stand any chance of Olympic Glory
By Dominic Sauboorah: It is without a doubt that British Olympic super heavyweight Anthony Joshua is an exceptional talent with a very professional stance and clear punching power. He’s only been boxing for 4 years but ever since he won silver at the world championships in Azerbaijan he has then been considered one for the future.

By Chris Williams: Lightweight/light welterweight contender Mercito Gesta (25-0, 13 KO’s) is truly in a no win situation on Friday night against 2nd tier fighter Ty Barnett (20-2-1, 13 KO’s) in their scheduled 10 round bout at the Texas Station Casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada. By facing a 2nd tier fighter rather than an actual contender, it doesn’t if Gesta wins the fight by knockout.
