Image: Warren rates Chisora and Haye higher than Deontay Wilder and Seth MitchellBy Marcus Stewart: Legendary British boxing promoter Frank Warren said to The Sun newspaper about how David Haye and Dereck Chisora are better boxers than Deontay Wilder and Seth Mitchell. Warren shows his intelligence in a quite obvious fashion because he is one hundred per cent right.

Certain people have been hyping up Deontay Wilder as the next big American heavyweight. Despite his record though he’s proved nothing as he’s failed to beat anyone in the top one hundred. I find it quite disgusting that he decided to call out Tyson Fury when Fury is rated as a top 10 heavyweight and Wilder has beaten no one legitimate for him to be considered as a prospect let alone a contender. Likewise with Seth Mitchell who isn’t ranked highly by any of the world governing bodies and relies on his power thereby showing how he’s one dimensional.

David Haye is one of the most feared heavyweights in the world. His punching power is immense, his speed could be mistaken for that of a lightweight and his athleticism is unbelievable. Dereck Chisora is an utter monster in the ring and he would give any heavyweight in the world problems and he proved that after he took Vitali Klitschko the full 12 rounds.

David Haye has more power speed and generally a better boxing brain than the overrated and overhyped American which is Deontay Wilder. I feel sorry for Americans relying on heavyweights like this who haven’t achieved anything in the sport yet. Dereck Chisora and David Haye are levels above Seth Mitchell and Deontay Wilder. If Wilder was to meet Haye I doubt Wilder would be able to handle Haye’s monstrous punching power.

Dereck Chisora and David Haye are proven heavyweight boxers with legitimate world rankings, Deontay Wilder and Seth Mitchell aren’t, simply because they are overrated and have fought nothing more than 3rd tier fighters who turn up to be paid. Neither of these two Americans will beat the two talented Brits who have been there and done it against the best, Wilder and Mitchell are yet to step up and face quality opposition and the minute they do I can see both of them getting taken out very comfortably.
