Magee, 37, has already whipped Danish fighters Rudy Markussen and Mads Larsen in the recent past, knocking them bout out. Now Magee is looking to knockout another Dane in Kessler, saying “I’ve stopped Larsen, I’ve stopped Markussen and now it’s Kessler’s turn.”

Magee is ready to go back to Denmark and give Kessler a beating in front of his own home fans, just like the one that Andre Ward gave him when he thrashed Kessler in Oakland, California in the Super Six tournament.

Whatever happens to Kessler in the Magee fight, it’s nothing compared to what he would have gotten had he fought Andre Dirrell, which is who he was previously scheduled to fight. It looks like the cash was better against Kessler than Dirrell. But that’s alright, Dirrell will still be there waiting for Magree after he takes on beats the aging Kessler.

Magee has the better talent and a lot more left in the tank at this point in his career compared to the ring rusty 33-year-old Kessler. Although Kessler is four years younger than Magee, it’s meaningless because Magee has aged incredibly well and doesn’t have a lot of mileage on him the way that Kessler has. Magee also looks younger. It’s one of those things I guess where he’s been blessed with good genetics.

I see Magee knocking Kessler out and getting a hat trick by knocking out his third Dane in the last three years.
