Froch now rightfully the number one fighter in the super middleweight division

By Daniel R: After his destruction of previously undefeated, former number one and highly regarded fighter Lucian Bute Froch has now climbed the ranks and is now ranked the number one fighter in the super middleweight division by the ring magazine.

This ranking is fully justified; Froch has beaten the best from Dirrell, Abraham, Taylor, Pascal and now Bute whilst only losing a close fight to Kessler and to the champion Andre Ward. After reading a completely ridiculous and deluded article by a certain writer who claims Andre Dirrell should be number one whilst his brother Anthony Dirrell number two and Froch number four.

This honestly made me laugh to think Andre Dirrell a guy that has fought once in the past two years against a below average fighter should be ranked number one and let’s not forget the fact that Froch beat Dirrell. Again same goes for Anthony Dirrell, this guy is a talent but who had he fought? No one in the top ten yet this deluded writer thinks he should be ranked second ahead of Froch the guy that just beat the former number one unbeaten fighter to become a three time world champion.

This deluded writer also thinks Froch is getting too much credit for beating Bute, again this claim is pure comedy. Despite being a huge underdog Froch completely battered Bute and stopped him in the fifth to become the three time world champion whilst beating one of the most highly regarded fighters in the division; it doesn’t get much better than that and Froch deserves every ounce of credit.
