By Allan Fox: UFC female bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey added Floyd Mayweather Jr’s name to the list of fighters she thinks she’d beat if the two of them were to mix it up in a no rules type fight. By saying no rules, Rousey is basically saying it would be a fight where anything goes. That obviously wouldn’t be an MMA fight because they do have rules, a lot of them. In other words, Rousey seems to think she would beat Mayweather in a street fight.
Let’s be clear on this; Mayweather has shown no interest at all in wanting to fight Rousey, and I don’t think she’s really interested either. She’s just talking in terms of hypothetical fights. He doesn’t believe in a man hitting a woman, saying via the washingtonpost.com “there’s no setting in which we should condone a man hitting a woman.”

When the question was put to Mayweather about him possibly stepping into the octagon to fight Ronda Rousey, Mayweather shot down the idea. He saw the ideas a joke.
