By Scott Gilfoid: Well, the back and forth negotiations between IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko and his British challenger David Haye appear to be back on according to the latest boxing news from the world. However, instead of it taking place in London, where it was previously thought to be taking place, it looks as if it will be taking place in Wladimir’s neck of the woods, in Berlin, Germany on June 20th. Although the negotiations are still underway, they are reportedly 98% completed between Haye and Wladimir.

Wladimir vs. Haye Bout In Trouble – Wlad Could Be Facing Arreola
By Chris Williams: According to the latest news, there are whisperings that there are big problems in the negotiations between Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye. The problems are serious enough that Wladmir is looking in the direction of fighting American heavyweight Chris Arreola instead, according to Dan Rafael. If Wladimir does go ahead and back out of the fight, this leaves Haye without an opponent and having to either wait to on the winner of WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko and Juan Carlos Gomez on March 21st in Germany.
How Does Haye Beat Wladimir In a 20 Ft Ring?
By Chris Williams: It was learned yesterday that IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko and challenger David Haye will take place at the O2 Arena in London on June 20th, in a large 20 foot ring. That’s not good news for Haye if this turns out to be the case. Haye, 28, isn’t exactly one of the more mobile heavyweights in the division, although he does have very quick hands. He moves like a slow tank, however, and looks uncoordinated on his feet.
What Happens If Haye Is Knocked Out By Wladimir?
By Scott Gilfoid: I still can’t figure out how or why David Haye (22-1, 21 KOs) is getting a fight with IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (52-3, 46 KOs). As far as I can tell, Haye doesn’t belong in the same ring as Wladimir on June 20th. I could understand it if Haye had earned getting there by beating a number of top level fighters instead of just one journeyman fighter. That’s so unfair to the other top fighters in the division that are being skipped over by Wladimir in order to take on Haye.
News – Will David Haye fight both Klitschkos? Quezada and Joe Goossen Team Up

Wladimir: “He’s [Haye] In For a Rough Ride”
By Jim Dower: IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (52-3, 46 KOs) still hasn’t forgotten the photo that former cruiserweight champion David Haye (22-1, 21 KOs) was showing to the media in which Haye was pictured holding the severed head of Wladimir. In a news conference this week, an unusually aggressive Wladimir had this to say about Haye: “Haye can say whatever he wants. I have the experience of knocking out guys who promised to turn my birthday into a funeral. His behavior is inappropriate. I will give my reply in the ring. He’s in for a rough ride.”
Does Haye Stand a Good Chance of Beating Wladimir?
By Sean McDaniel: With the rumor circulating about Vitali Klitschko now to fight his number WBC #1 mandatory Juan Carlos Gomez on March 21st, where, if this all true, does this leave David Haye? The second part of today’s rumor is that Haye will now be fighting Wladimir Klitschko on June 20th in London. Going from the more stationary, sturdier chinned Vitali to a much better mover, faster hands, more athletic Wladimir, who has a much worse chin, does this give Haye a much better chance at winning than he previously was thought to have against Vitali?
Prediction: David Haye vs. Vitali Klitschko
By Jim Slattengren: With the potential fight with Vitali Klitschko (36-2, 35 KOs) and (22-1, 21 KOs) looming ahead in 2009, as of now possibly to take place in June, in London, I thought I would chime in on this fight. Both Vitali and Haye have knocked out the vast majority of their opponents with only one of their victories not ending in knockout. Both of their knockout percentages are greater than 90%, meaning that this fight likely won’t be going to distance one way or another. However, Haye, 28, has little experience against top level heavyweights, up to now only beating Monte Barrett and Tomasz Bosnin.
