haye5634668By Chris Williams: According to the latest news, there are whisperings that there are big problems in the negotiations between Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye. Molina Decisions Camacho

molina342434By Eric Thomas: In something of an upset, welterweight prospect Carlos Molina (15-4-1, 5 KOs) defeated knockout artist Alexis Camacho (17-2, 16 KOs) by a 10-round unanimous decision on Friday night at the Roseland Ballroom, in New York, New York. The final judges’ scores were 97-93, 98-92 and 100-90. Camacho, 27, who has accumulated an impressive knockout record against lower level opposition, found himself overmatched against the tough Mexican Molina, and was effectively outworked by the shorter Molina through 10 rounds.

How Does Haye Beat Wladimir In a 20 Ft Ring?

wladimir554By Chris Williams: It was learned yesterday that IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko and challenger David Haye will take place at the O2 Arena in London on June 20th, in a large 20 foot ring. That’s not good news for Haye if this turns out to be the case. Haye, 28, isn’t exactly one of the more mobile heavyweights in the division, although he does have very quick hands. He moves like a slow tank, however, and looks uncoordinated on his feet.

What Happens If Haye Is Knocked Out By Wladimir?

haye3434435By Scott Gilfoid: I still can’t figure out how or why David Haye (22-1, 21 KOs) is getting a fight with IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (52-3, 46 KOs). As far as I can tell, Haye doesn’t belong in the same ring as Wladimir on June 20th. I could understand it if Haye had earned getting there by beating a number of top level fighters instead of just one journeyman fighter. That’s so unfair to the other top fighters in the division that are being skipped over by Wladimir in order to take on Haye.

Wladimir: “He’s [Haye] In For a Rough Ride”

wladimir44242By Jim Dower: IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (52-3, 46 KOs) still hasn’t forgotten the photo that former cruiserweight champion David Haye (22-1, 21 KOs) was showing to the media in which Haye was pictured holding the severed head of Wladimir. In a news conference this week, an unusually aggressive Wladimir had this to say about Haye: “Haye can say whatever he wants. I have the experience of knocking out guys who promised to turn my birthday into a funeral. His behavior is inappropriate. I will give my reply in the ring. He’s in for a rough ride.”
