By Sean McDaniel: This has got to be one of the worst heavyweight title defenses I’ve seen since I saw WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko defend his title against American Kevin Johnson. Challenger Eddie Chambers (35-1, 17 KO’s) has basically no chance of beating IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (53-3, 47 KO’s) at the ESPRIT arena, Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. Chambers, 27, might have a chance if Wladimir was five inches shorter and had no power to speak of. It isn’t just that the 6’1” 209 pound Chambers is too small for Klitschko in this fight.

Klitschko-Chambers: Will Eddie finish the fight on his feet?
By Dave Lahr: It’s difficult to get excited about IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko’s next bout against American Eddie Chambers (35-1, 18 KO’s) on March 20th, at the ESPRIT arena, in Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. If “fast” Eddie wasn’t so short and fat looking, it might be a little easier to see him possibly connecting with a big enough shot to put the Ukrainian Klitschko down for the count. Goodness knows, Wladimir doesn’t have the best chin in the business and it doesn’t take a major league puncher to knock his lights out for the night. I’d personally rate Klitschko’s glass jaw about the same as the china-chinned WBA heavyweight champion David Haye.
Klitschko vs. Chambers: A slaughter in the making?
By Jason Kim: Heavyweight challenger Eddie Chambers (35-1, 18 KO’s) faces the formidable task of trying to find a way to beat the huge 6’6” 245 pound IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (53-3, 47 KO’s) next month on March 20th at the ESPRIT arena, Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, German. Chambers, 27, is lacking in almost every category imaginable for this fight aside from self confidence. If that was all he needed to beat the 33-year-old Klitschko then it wouldn’t be so much of a problem, but unfortunately the light-hitting Chambers is going to need a lot more than inner self belief to beat the Ukrainian Klitschko.
Klitschko vs. Chambers: Can Fast Eddie work some of his magic?
By Jim Dower: Going into next month’s fight on March 20th between American heavyweight challenger Eddie Chambers (35-1, 18 KO’s) and IBF/WBC heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (53-3, 47 KO’s) things look somewhat bleak for the 27-year-old Chambers. The fight will be taking place in Klitschko’s adopted country at the ESPRIT arena, Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. There could be as many as 61,000 fans showing up, most of the pro-Klitschko fans to cheer him on for every punch he throws.
Klitschko vs. Chambers: Wladimir faces America’s best heavyweight
By Erik Schmidt: IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (53-3, 47 KO’s) faces tough task in taking on American Eddie Chambers (35-1, 18 KO’s on March 20th at the large ESPRIT arena, Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. Chambers, 27, is perceived by many to be American’s number #1 heavyweight. The unofficial title previously was held by Chris Arreola. However, after getting totally dominated and stopped by Wladimir’s older brother World Boxing Council heavyweight Vitali Klitschko in a 10th round stoppage last year, the title is now currently held by Chambers.
Wladimir Klitschko vs. Eddie Chambers won’t be shown on HBO; it will be on PPV – News
By Jim Dower: Unfortunately for boxing fans of IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, if they want to see him fight American challenger Eddie Chambers on March 20th they will have to pay to see the fight on Pay-Per-View. HBO has decided not to show the Klitschko-Chambers fight because their schedule “didn’t match-up with the fight date,” says ESPN writer Dan Rafael.
Klitschko vs. Chambers: Does Eddie have a chance to beat Wladimir?
By Dan Ambrose: American heavyweight contender Eddie Chambers (35-1, 18 KO’s) will be taking on IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (53-3, 47 KO’s) on March 20th at the ESPRIT arena, in Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. Chambers, 27, thinks that he has an excellent chance of beating the 33-year-old Klitschko on March 20th. Chambers’ confidence is no doubt boosted by his impressive recent wins over Samuel Peter and Alexander Dimitrenko in 2009.
