Wilder, a 25-year-old knockout artist, has one of the best right hands in the division and is someone that could be a future heavyweight champion if his handlers are able to teach him how to jab and use his left hand. Wilder has one of the best right hands in the sport and could hurt Haye.

In the first round Perez came out with conviction throwing his jab and backing Lara up; the fight went to the center of the ring where both men traded body shots with Lara getting the better of the exchange. Lara landed a few low shots and was warned by the referee.
