Silence from Fury about challenge from Wilder
Tyson Fury still silent about Deontay Wilder calling him out
By Scott Gilfoid: There’s still no word from unbeaten #6 WBC heavyweight contender Tyson Fury (19-0, 14 KO’s) about the talented American heavyweight Deontay Wilder’s calling him out for a fight. You’d think that with all the hype made about the 24-year-old Fury that he’d at least respond to the Wilder’s challenge with a yes or a no answer.

Wilder wants Fury: Is it paper talk from Deontay?
By Steven Ocallaghan: I see that heavyweight “sensation” Deontay Wilder (24-0, 24 KO’s) is calling out unbeaten heavyweight contender Tyson Fury (19-0, 14 KO’s). Now I’m no great fan of Fury as I think he has limits but limits above Wilder.
The quality of fighters each has faced tells it’s own story. Fury has been on the deck and in trouble against tough Canadian Neven Pajkic, but showed a lot of heart in getting back up and stopping Pajkic in the next round. Remember, Pajkic was 16 fights undefeated and a top 50 fighter. Take note Deontay.
Deontay Wilder wants Tyson Fury, but doesn’t see him taking the fight
By Scott Gilfoid: American heavyweight knockout artist Deontay Wilder (24-0, 24 KO’s) is very interested in taking on 24-year-old Tyson Fury and showing him who the better fighter is if he’s interested. I kind of doubt Fury is interested in facing a talent like Wilder, because Fury already passed up a chance to fight David Price.
When will Deontay Wilder step up?
By Steven Ocallaghan: A lot of talk, especially on this site is made about unbeaten heavyweight prospect Deontay Wilder (24-0, 24 KO’s), the undefeated American heavyweight boxer. A mid-20s fighter with 24 or so fights with 100% KO record. On the outside it looks as if we have a real prospect, but on the inside I’m far from impressed.
Deontay Wilder headed for the big time
By Scott Gilfoid: Unbeaten heavyweight Deontay Wilder (24-0, 24 KO’s) is taking his career forward after having taken it slowly for the first 22 fights. In his last two bouts the 26-year-old Wilder has stepped it up against Owen Beck and Kertson Manswell, two quality 2nd tier fighters with good power and boxing ability.
Malignaggi: Deontay Wilder shouldn’t rush his career
By Scott Gilfoid: WBA World welterweight champion Paulie Malignaggi believes that unbeaten heavyweight prospect Deontay Wilder (24-0, 24 KO’s) is doing the right thing by taking things slowly with his career so that he can build up his skills to a high enough level so that he can have a better chance when he finally steps it up in the future against one of the world champions.
