Canelo and Mayweather(Photo credit: Esther Lin/Showtime) By Peart Miles: Hello readers of Boxing news 24, in this weeks edition of Punch Out weekly I will be discussing the fallout from Gennady Golovkin vs. Mathew Macklin, Froch vs Groves? And other big news and events from the past week in the boxing world.

But after watching he’s performance against Macklin I can say,  Golovkin put on a fantastic show, solidifying himself as one of the must watch boxers in the game. It wasn’t just the power which stood out for me it was also the  fantastic footwork and balance, he’s confidence in the ring was also great. There wasn’t anything Macklin could do which could make Golovkin think twice before coming forward.
