Callum Walsh, the undefeated super welterweight terror, dismantled Dauren Yeleussinov over nine relentless rounds, forcing the ref to call it quits at the end of a one-sided show. At 1:56, Walsh won the vacant WBC Continental Americas belt.

Featherweight wrecking ball Feargal McCrory steamrolled Carlos Carlson in the third, landing a gut-wrenching body shot that sent Carlson to the canvas. The ref had seen enough during McCrory’s ruthless onslaught, halting the carnage at 2:07. McCrory swaggered away with the WBA Continental Americas title, adding another notch to his belt.

Cletus Seldin, the Long Island crowd pleaser, eked out a majority decision against Jose Angulo in a super lightweight tussle that smacked of grit. Seldin sent Angulo to the mat with a thunderous overhand in the first, followed by a sinister left in the second. Angulo, battered but unbowed, lasted the distance, but Seldin had the judges nodding with scores of 78-72, 77-73, and a begrudging 75-75.

In a display of sheer dominance, Reshat Mati toyed with Irving Macias across eight rounds in the super lightweight division, the judges unanimously yawning to an 80-72, 79-73, 80-72 scoreline. It was less a fight and more a clinic on how to dismantle an opponent with style.

And let’s not forget Irish Joe Ward, the light heavyweight sensation, who made Derrick Webster kiss the canvas thrice in the second round. At 2:25, it was all over, with Ward standing tall and the ref sparing Webster further embarrassment.
