Bill Haney Calls Out Broner: “Will You Show Up?”

With Ryan Garcia looking iffy for April 20th, Bill Haney is looking towards Adrien Broner as a potential replacement for Devin Haney to face in the main event at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Reliability is Key

Bill wants a reliable replacement if necessary, considering they’re running out of time before April 20th for the DAZN PPV event.

Ryan hasn’t been removed from the card yet, but if his behavior continues to be erratic, the organizers will be forced to replace him for the good of the event. Arnold Barboza Jr. is the guy that Golden Boy Promotions have waiting on standby, but DAZN will likely have the final say on who they want.

It’s understandable why Bill wants the former four-division world champion Broner as the replacement for Ryan because he’s well-known, and there will be less of a risk for Devin to bring in another PPV disaster like his last one against Regis Prograis.

The Show Must Go On

“If it was going to be on 4/20, is you going to be there? Is he going to be there if it was on 4/20? Can we depend on you, AB, because they say the last guy [Ryan Garcia] went crazy,” said Bill Haney on social media about Adrien Broner being a potential replacement for Ryan Garcia to face Devin Haney on April 20th.

Earlier today, Bill and Broner argued on Instagram, trash-talking back and forth. During the discussion, Broner volunteered to step in as Ryan’s substitute, and fans on social media seem to support that idea.

“Since you left without the dough, and want to step up on 4/20. Let’s see if everybody else [Ryan] said they were going to do and didn’t. I do respect you, AB, so, I won’t be blindsided by your decision. I don’t know who is going to be fighting on 4/20. I know Devin Haney is going to be there. He’s got the date.

“AB, you got some problems on your hands 45 days from now. There will be a cooking, there will be a roasting. Tune in 4/20, it’s still up,” said Bill Haney.
