Logan Paul angry after Mayweather’s brawl with Jake Paul
By Matt Lieberman: Logan Paul was livid on Thursday after watching his brother Jake Paul brawl with Floyd Mayweather Jr at their press conference for their June 6th exhibition fight.
The popular YouTuber Logan says it’s going to be a “war” when he gets Mayweather inside the ring on June 6th at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. Logan will be using his cruiserweight size and power to go after Mayweather to hand him a loss.
Mayweather has never been hit by a 200-lb fighter like Logan before, and it could end badly for him when they get in there. Logan is going to be swinging for the fences looking for some payback.
Jake merely took the cap off Mayweather’s head and wrestled by what appeared to be three or four security members. Obviously, Jake didn’t mean any harm snatching the cap, but it looked like he was roughed up for merely taking the cap off Mayweather’s thinning dome.
By going after Logan’s little brother Jake, Floyd may have wakened this YouTuber because he sounds like he wants vengeance when he gets the former six-division world champion in the ring.
Logan Paul furious after watching Mayweather brawl with Jake
“This s*** is so personal now, so f***ing personal. I thought this s*** was going to be kind of cute, and we’d go out and put on a show,” said Logan in reacting to Mayweather brawl with his kid brother Jake Paul. “But it’s going to be a f***ing fight. It’s going to be a f***ing war.”
Mayweather expects a crowd of 60,000 fans
“I’m glad that Logan Paul, as well as myself, was able to come together to make this happen,” said Mayweather about their fight on June 6th.
“Even when we put 30,000 tickets in this arena [Hard Rock], the tickets will be sold out as soon as they go on sale; it’s almost sold out already,” Mayweather said.
“But then eventually we’ll open up and go to 40, go to 50 and then eventually go to 60,000. Do I think we can put 60,000 in this arena? Absolutely,” said Mayweather.
60,000 sounds like a reasonable number for the crowd on June 6th for the Mayweather – Logan fight. Mayweather expects the tickets to move quickly now that they’re going on sale.
A fight like this might have been better sticking it in the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington because they could bring in a crowd of 70,000 in that large venue. If Mayweather gets past Logan, a fight with Jake Paul will be ideal for the Cowboys stadium.
