By Danny Ech: The Heavyweight division in the United States of America has been in the dark ages for many years until now. The top Heavyweights back in the 80’s and 90’s were headlining the division and boxing with the likes of Tyson,Holyfield and Lewis to name a few.

At that time boxing was at a high and companies like HBO Boxing were raking in the doe. As we fast forward to today, the Heavyweight boxing scene in America is slowly coming back taking its previous position as the division to watch because of the Undefeated Godzilla Champion Deontay Wilder..

One of America’s top Television broadcast companies has decided to throw its hat in the “boxing ring” when they previously inked a deal with a major boxing brand called “Premier Boxing Champions” who host Wilder’s fights led by an invisible manager who is also known by some as the “GodFather” of boxing today Al Haymon. I say invisible because Haymon is a Powerful but invisible force who has never done interviews whether on camera or a newspaper or a magazine, and some even questioned at one point if this man was even real.

The brand “Premier Boxing Champions or ( PBC ) for short showcases some of the best and elite boxers in the world such as:

1.Manny Pacquiao

2.Shawn Porter

3.Deontay Wilder

4.Errol Spence Jr.

5.Danny Garcia

6.Mickey Garcia

7.Keith Thurman

8.Gervonta Davis

9.Omar Figueroa Jr

10.Andy Ruiz Jr.

This boxing brand “Premier Boxing Champions” is hosting a big show this weekend on FOX PPV showcasing their next “BIG” star Deontay Wilder versus the World Boxing Councils ( WBC ) number 3 man from Cuba Luis “ KING KONG” Ortiz.

This particular fight is a rematch in which the first match was epic and controversial to say the least which left Ortiz on the canvas multiple times BUT he still left his imprint on the Champion Deontay Wilder which gained him notoriety as giving Wilder his most dangerous fight to date.

The PBC has hosted most of Champion Deontay Wilder fights on SHOWTIME NETWORKS ( premium cable subscription ) but this time FOX Sports who shows UFC and American Football bought the rights to show Wilder vs Ortiz 2 on their PPV Platform and the money was well spent. In a post on “Twitter” just yesterday FOX Sports posted “PBC on FOX continues to set records with WilderOrtiz2”.

In Deontay Wilder’s first fight special with FOX are as follows :

  • PBC Fight Camp Wilder vs Ortiz 2 episode 4 delivered 2,438,000 Up 8% over Episode 1 which delivered 2,252,000
