Malignaggi believes that if Bradley has any chance at all, he’s going to probably have to KO the Filipino because he feels that the judges won’t give Bradley the decision over Pacquiao if it goes to the cards.

Malignaggi said to ESPN “I think Manny’s speed might be a slight factor. Plus, if it goes to the cards, I don’t think Bradley can get a decision. I think it will be a good fight because Bradley will be trying the whole way.”

So true, so true. I agree with Malignaggi 100 per cent about Bradley probably needing a knockout to get a win over Pacquiao. Why is that? Well, if you look at Pacquiao’s last two fights against Juan Manuel Marquez where Pacquiao appeared to lose and was still given the decision, it suggests that it’s going to be next to impossible for Bradley to be given a decision over him in this fight. I personally think because Pacquiao is such a big draw and so important to the sport of boxing because of the crowds he draws to Las Vegas, it makes it really difficult to beat him by a decision.

He’s the champion in more ways than one, and to beat the champion, you really got to give him a tremendous beating to where it’s just so painfully obvious that you can’t ignore it. I think that unless Bradley dominates Pacquiao in a fight to where he appears to win 11 of the 12 rounds or more, I see him losing the fight. Bradley can’t just dominate Pacquiao by 10 rounds to 2 or 9 rounds to 3 and still get the win. I can’t see that happening. I also don’t think he can knockout Pacquiao because he can take a good shot.
