Bradley is so much better than his opponents at 140, that he made even the best of the bunch Lamont Peterson look way out of his class when Bradley easily defeated him by a lopsided 12 round decision in 2009. Now it’s WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (54-3-2, 38 KO’s) who gets to the next likely victim of Bradley on June 9th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bradley told RingTV “When I’m in the ring, I’m in there to seek and destroy, and that’s the difference between me and other fighters.”

Bradley couldn’t have chosen a better choice of words to describe what he does in his fights against his opposition. He goes out there in a seek and destroy mode to batter them in close with his great inside fighting ability. Bradley is the equivalent of the Andre Ward of the 140 and 147 pound divisions. He takes to the inside and he’s unbeatable in that capacity.

Pacquiao, 5’6 1/2″, has a slight half inch height advantage over the 5’6″ Bradley for this fight, but it’s a useless advantage because Bradley has a two inch reach advantage due to his longer arms compared to Pacquiao. That’s the more important advantage to have if you’re a fighter. Being slightly taller than another guy is really meaningless if you don’t have the arm length advantage and Bradley is definitely the one that is in the driver’s seat here.

Bradley is going to likely take the fight to Pacquiao and expose his lack of defensive skills and stamina. Pacquiao was hit a lot in his last fight against Juan Manuel Marquez and looked completely flustered in the 2nd half of the fight when Pacquiao gassed out and began to take a lot of shots.
