Bradley is the new face, while Pacquiao is the old one who barely beat 38-year-old Juan Manuel Marquez in his last fight last November. In looking at that fight, you couldn’t help but see how Pacquiao has aged and slipped as a fighter.

Bradley said to ESPN “It’s time for a new face and I’m going to win this fight. It’s what I believe….I ‘m willing to shock the world. I feel I can beat this guy.”

I believe Bradley can do it as well, especially after seeing Pacquiao’s last three fights against Marquez, Shane Mosley and Antonio Margarito. Pacquiao isn’t the same fighter no matter what his trainer Freddie Roach says. Pacquiao is now showing vulnerability and you can’t say he’ll beat Bradley with any degree of certainty after Pacquiao’s last performance. Pacquiao has far too many flaws still in his game after all these years of being with Roach. Pacquiao still squares up in front of his opponents and is incredibly easy to hit and he does it in training as well.

Roach doesn’t even try to correct him, and that’s pretty sad. If people wonder why Pacquiao has looked so bad in his last three fights it’s because he’s got bad fundamentals and has been getting by on physical talent alone all these years. Now that his speed and stamina are starting to erode, the skills aren’t there for Pacquiao to make up the slack. If Pacquaio squares up against Bradley, he’s going to get hit a lot in this fight, even more than he did against the near 40 Marquez.
