By Sam Gregory: In the co-main event undefeated Daud Cino Yordan 25-0 with 19 KO’s of Indonesia takes on Panamanian Celestino Caballero 33-2 with 23 KO’s for the interim WBA world welterweight title in a scheduled 12 round bout in the featherweight division.

Round 1 Caballero came out throwing his jab; Yordan blocked most of the shots. Caballero followed his jab with an uppercut to the body. Caballero landed several solid body shots in the round.

Round 2 Caballero picked up where he left off in round one and immediately hammered the body of Yordan. Caballero stayed busy with his jab and uppercuts to the body. Caballero landed another big body shot which was countered with a left hook by Yordan; Caballero got caught with a right uppercut and dropped in the last seconds of the round.

Round 3 Caballero landed a jab, Yordan tied up. They were pushed apart by the ref and Yordan landed a solid jab. Caballero hammered the left side of Yordan. Yordan landed a solid left hook that was countered by a body shot by Caballero.

Round 4 Caballero came out throwing his jab, Yordan tied up. Yordan countered with a combination and Caballero landed a solid combination to the body. Caballero was very relaxed through all these rounds. Caballero worked solid combinations to the body of Yordan.

So far Caballero won all four rounds

Round 5 Yordan lands a left hook that was countered with more solid shots to the body. Yordan is throwing one punch at a time while Caballero landed several brutal shots to the body. Caballero was landing solid body shots at will and finished with another strong round.

Round 6 Caballero goes back to landed solid body shots; Yordan landed a solid head shot but Caballero didn’t seem bothered at all. Blood was streaming from the nose of Yordan. Caballero finished with another strong round.

Between rounds Compubox shows Caballero landed 117 body shots so far

Round 7 Caballero starts out going to the body landing 6 and 7 punch combinations. Yordan throws a single job while Caballero lands solid combinations to the body that Yordan has no answer for.

Round 8 Yordan comes out trying to push Caballero forward but Caballero goes to the body with explosive shots. Caballero continues to land solid combinations to the body while Yordan tries a jab that has no effect on Caballero.

Round 9 Yordan comes out throwing his jab, again Caballero goes to the body with solid, hard combinations. Caballero is totally outworking and outboxing Yordan. At this point the fight is a one sided slaughter.

Round 10 this round picks up where the last round left off. Caballero throws and lands brutal body combinations while Yordan barely is able to land a single jab.

Round 11 Caballero lands five and six jabs than goes to the body with five and six combinations to the body. Yordan lands a left hook. Caballero still landing solid combinations to the body; Caballero finished with another strong one-sided round.

Round 12 Caballero threw combinations to the head and body while Yordan covered up. Caballero had his back to the ropes and Yordan threw a couple combinations that woke up the crowd. Caballero soon went right back to punishing his opponent to the final bell.

After the 12th and final round the fight goes to the judge’s scorecards: 119-108, 120-107 and 108-119 all for the winner by a unanimous decision Celestino Caballero. Yordan suffered his first defeat and fell to 25-1 with 19 KO’s. Caballero improved his record to 34-2 with 23 KO’s.

After the fifth round this fight became nothing more than a one-sided beat-down that could have been stopped at any point.
