Unbeaten featherweight Manuel “Tino” Avila (21-0 8KOs) will face Jose Ramirez (28-6 16KOs) in a ten-round main event on November 4 at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles, CA as he headlines the next installment of LA Fight Club, the flagship series of the best and brightest prospect Golden Boy Promotions has to offer.

The fight will be broadcast on Estrella TV as part of the “Boxeo Estelar” telecast as well as broadcast online at RingTVLive.com with English commentary.

Avila is one of Golden Boy Promotions best prospects at any weight and is very close to getting to a major fight as he is currently ranked #14 in the WBC featherweight rankings. Fairfield, CA resident who trains in Vacaville, CA is looking to leave his mark on the sport at just a mere 24 years-old he is almost one of the best fighters in the world.

Avila last fought a tough journeyman Prosper Ankrah in Brooks, Ca on July 9th in a stay busy fight as he looks to keep active near his fans in Northern California in between his fights in Los Angles.

Avila has defeated known spoiler Rene Alvarado, Robert Garcia trained Erik Ruiz, prospect Ricky Lopez as well as a technical knockout over former world title challenger, Yoandris Salinas on HBO Latino. Avila fight on HBO Latino was so exciting they saw an uptick in ratings and HBO Latino expressed interest in having him back on the network.
