Image: Carl Froch to prove why he’s the best super middleweight in the world tonightBy Marcus Stewart: The incredible fighting machine which is Carl Froch will be defending his IBF title against little known American Yusaf Mack. It’s a fight that Froch should win with ease against the predictable and untalented American.

Carl Froch is a proven warrior and has beaten some of the best super middleweight in the world. From Andre Dirrell to the over hyped Canadian Lucian Bute. He’s a beast and definitely a force to be reckoned with. Technically Froch should still be undefeated after battering Mikkel Kessler and dominating Andre Ward. This fight is more of a warm up bout for the rematch in Montreal against Bute, whereby he’ll be able to expose the Romanian based Canadian in front of his home fans.

Many people, one in particular, have been slating Carl Froch off despite the fact that he’s now a 3 time world champion and easily one of the best super middleweights ever. I’m pretty sure it’s people who are jealous of Froch but either way the man should be praised for what he has done in the sport. He fights like a true warrior and puts it all on the line. He is someone that isn’t to be taken lightly.

Carl Froch is facing this little known fringe contender who’s beaten no one credible and lost to the best such as Tavoris Cloud and Alejandro Berrio. This will be a destruction job for Froch I just hope he doesn’t do too much damage for night, because believe me this fight won’t be for the faint hearted. Carl Froch is the best super middleweight on the planet and I can’t see this fight lasting more than 3 rounds.
