Victor Ortiz wants rematch against Mayweather in 2014

ortiz32By Dan Ambrose: Former WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz (29-4-2, 22 KO’s) is hoping to fight himself into a rematch against Floyd Mayweather Jr. next September if the 26-year-old Ortiz can beat his next scheduled opponent Luis Collazo (34-5, 17 KO’s) on January 30th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Ortiz would then need to fight Danny Garcia, and the winner of that fight is a possible opponent for Mayweather next September.
