Image: Roach says the Klitschko brothers are winnable fights for Haye - NewsBy William Mackay: In an interview with the Telegraph, trainer Freddie Roach gives World Boxing Association heavyweight champion David Haye (23-1, 21 KO’s) a good chance of beating both of the Klitschko brothers. However, Roach seems to think that WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko would be tough fight for Haye because of Vitali’s height and confidence. Haye, 29, has a fight coming up with former two-time heavyweight champion John Ruiz on April 3rd. Haye has to get by that fight if he wants to get to a big money fight against one of the Klitschko brothers.

Do not assume that I have taken my eye off the ball in the past few months. I have been watching, and I have been taking notes. One thing that I have noticed in my own pattern of covering fights is that, like my own personality goes, I exert myself in writing 2 to 3 articles a week for a few months until I burn myself out to the point where one will not hear from me for at least 6 months. That pattern is on me.

Will Haye ever fight the Klitschko brothers?

Image: Will Haye ever fight the Klitschko brothers?By Chris Williams: The more I think about it the more I see World Boxing Association heavyweight champion David Haye never fighting either of the Klitschko brothers. Why should he? All Haye has to do is name drop one or both of the Klitschko brothers’ names and he gets a ton of attention almost as if he’s actually fighting them. Haye doesn’t need the Klitschko brothers to do well financially. He’s got a fight coming up next with his mandatory challenger John Ruiz, which Haye should win without too many problems.
